How does Capitec Pay work?
Capitec Pay enables secure payments directly through the Capitec Banking App. Use your ID number, bank account number, or linked cellphone number to initiate the payment and approve it in real time.
What is Absa Pay?
Absa Pay simplifies online payments. Customers use their Absa account number and approve the transaction through their online banking. Payments are processed quickly and securely.
How do Direct Deposits work?
Direct Deposits allow customers to pay directly to AO Pay accounts using unique reference numbers generated during checkout. Once funds are received, the merchant is notified instantly.
Can I use the same reference for each payment?
No, our reconciliation is based on unique references. If you use the same reference twice, there will be a delay in reconciling your deposit.
Please make sure to initiate the transaction on the merchants website and select AO Pay to deposit.
